Bug: module-filesystem 3.0.2 requires codeception/codeception *@dev

I have tried to update my tests frameworks, but it failed. One of points was:

    - codeception/module-filesystem 3.0.2 requires codeception/codeception *@dev -> satisfiable by codeception/codeception[5.3.4].

Why do this module depends on only @dev versions?

I've just removed it 'cause it wasn't in use.

I just tried it in one of my projects which has codeception/codeception:5.3.4 installed and *@dev didn't prevent the installation of a stable version. A simple composer require --dev codeception/module-filesystem installed version 3.0.2 of this package.

"satisfiable by codeception/codeception[5.3.4]" in your output even indicates that according to composer version 5.3.4 of codeception/codeception matches the *@dev version constraint.

Seems like you had some other dependency conflict in your project.

I assume *@dev is used to allow the installation of dev versions during tests in order to notice incompatibilities as early as possible.
