Clearification of Backend code

After the release of the version 2.0 I good change to see a bit how the system interacts with each other.

I found three services from the red cross:

• https://app.prod-rca-coronaapp-fd.net/Rest/v8/
• https://sms.prod-rca-coronaapp-fd.net/api/v1/
• https://cdn.prod-rca-coronaapp-fd.net

This should be the values from the android variables in app/build.gradle:

• HOSTNAME
• HOSTNAME_TAN
• HOSTNAME_CDN

booth the app and the sms server don't match the source of this repo, IMHO.

Can you please tag which version is released and in production and which backend is this.
