when i follow the startup guide i turn everything on, go to devices, press scan, and no device comes up. it detects the device in logs,

nothing comes up in devices. i do the same process on my phone and it works. theres no connection to phone or windows bluetooth otherwise, i can connect it in settings but ive forgotten it.
then when i try to shut down it fails
