Biomedical engineering graduate (Capital University, formerly Helwan University, 2026) based in Cairo, Egypt. I build software that connects medical imaging, clinical workflows, and AI, from DICOM pipelines and medical device protocols to clinical RAG assistants.

  • Processed DICOM CT data in 3D Slicer and streamed axial, coronal, and sagittal views to a Meta Quest 3 headset in real time.
  • Built a custom dual-port TCP bridge on the OpenIGTLink medical protocol, with byte-level message parsing, between 3D Slicer and Unity.
  • Integrated optical tool tracking with patient registration, achieving 2.44 mm accuracy.
