the change mixes scopes: adding a tool and removing a tool.
please open dedicated PRs for each.

this repo still exists. why would you remove it?
the repository exists but it effectively is not usable. It relies on outdated API calls that haven't been supported in Dependencytrack for over a year. Additionally, the SBOMs produced do not conform with the CycloneDX specification, which are also rejected by newer Dependencytrack releases. There haven't been any commits to the repository in years.
So I assumed it would make sense to remove a nonfunctional and unmaintained tool from the list.
The reason I included the removal of meta-dependencytrack in the same PR is that the new tool covers the same use case (it was originally a fork but has significantly changed and extended functionality since).
I can still split the PR if you prefer so.
