Adds the CertNotify SBOM Viewer, a free web tool for reading CycloneDX and SPDX JSON SBOMs: https://www.certnotify.com/tools/sbom-viewer
It lists every component with its version and license, grouped by ecosystem, and flags entries a vulnerability scanner could not match (missing versions or package URLs). Parsing happens entirely in the browser; the SBOM is never uploaded.
