Adds one tool: Ambolt CRA checks, a free MIT-licensed command-line tool (
npx @ambolt/cra sbom bom.json) and GitHub Action that checks a CycloneDX or SPDX JSON SBOM against the NTIA minimum elements and the EU Cyber Resilience Act wording, optionally looks components up in OSV, and generates security.txt and a vulnerability disclosure policy.schemas/tool.schema.json(specVersion 2.0, enum values only).
