tasks:batchCreate), and batch deletion (tasks:batchDelete) fromv2beta3tov2endpoints in:api/src/main/java/com/google/appengine/api/taskqueue/CloudTasksClientWrapper.javaapi/src/main/java/com/google/appengine/api/taskqueue/TaskProcessor.javav2beta3REST endpoint (?readMask=stats) strictly forfetchStatisticsAsync, as queue statistics are out of scope for GA.
