Clean up `CoreApplication` and `GuiApplication` constructors.

The public constructors for these classes have a platform integration parameter. It's an implementation detail that shouldn't be visible in the public API as it may confuse the user.

I'd say we need parameterless constructors for these classes that delegates to the one with the parameter.
