Summary
Removes the Classic Editor, Contact Form 7, Elementor and Yoast SEO Plugins from the Coding Standards workflow. These were only installed for PHPStan to scan, and the Plugin doesn't reference any of them.
This also fixes the workflow failing because Contact Form 7 now requires PHP 8.3, while WP-CLI runs on PHP 7.4 in this workflow.
