Summary

  • Adds gpt-5.6-sol ($5/$30), gpt-5.6-terra ($2/$12), gpt-5.6-luna ($0.20/$1.20) to both LlmCostEstimator built-in defaults and the default agent/llm-pricing.json.
  • Adds the missing gpt-5.5 / gpt-5.5-pro rows to the built-in defaults (the PVC JSON already had them).
  • Sol is priced at list; Azure's $4/$20 promo runs through at least 2026-11-30, so estimates will slightly overstate Sol spend until then.

Context: Terra and Sol are deployed on the Foundry resource and probed OK for tool calling (single, round-trip, parallel, nested MCP params) and vision; they're replacing gpt-5.4 (Balanced) and gpt-5.5 (High).

Test plan

  • LlmCostEstimatorTests pass (new data-driven test covers the 5.6 models, a dated id, and gpt-5.5)

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

gpt-5.6-terra/sol are now deployed on the Foundry resource as Balanced/High
candidates. The built-in fallback table also lacked gpt-5.5, which High
has been running on, so those calls costed at $0 without the PVC file.
