[18.0][Auditlog] Patched CRUD methods keep their definition names, breaking name based lookups

Not really an issue on auditlog side but noteworthy since it requires a workaround.
I created an issue on queue_job aswell (OCA/queue#996) .

queue_job records a delayed call by func.name and resolves it again
with getattr(recordset, method_name). Delaying unlink or write on an
audited model therefore raises during job creation:

AttributeError: 'res.partner' object has no attribute 'unlink_full'

A fix for the queue_job side is proposed in OCA/queue#998: a delayed job now keeps the name it was requested under, so delaying write or unlink on an audited model no longer needs a workaround there.
