Add ISO Country Code 2 to countries

Problem Description

For Epipulse exports, ISO2 country codes are expected, however within SORMAS ISO3 are present.
To make it easier, add a new column that makes it possible to also store the ISO2 country code.

Proposed Change

Add a new column that makes it possible to also store the ISO2 country code.

Added Value/Benefit

Simplify EpiPulse exports or any other import/export.

Per example in Luxembourg could be interesting also for imports from the survey tool.

Acceptance Criteria

• ISO2 country code column present for countries
• ISO2 country code column default values provided
• ISO2 country code is editable like ISO3 country
• Rename ISO country code to ISO3

Implementation Details

• Can be used for EpiPulse export
• Can be used for Data imports (cf. de.symeda.sormas.api.patch.DataPatcher)
