Analyse hidden SampleMaterials (and or enums?) for Luxembourg

Problem Description

After PathogenTest / SampleMaterial rework, they are still a few SampleMaterials that are hidden for Luxembourg.
@XavCol seems intrigued that those hides are needed.

Proposed Change

Analyse with @XavCol why fields are hidden for Lux, and maybe among:

• Add additional logic: DiseasesForACountry
• Remove hiddes
• something else ?

Added Value/Benefit

Simplify understanding / avoids more tests for LU
