The README mentioned matching only in passing. Adds a short section with
match_market/match_event, that it's hosted at api.synpath.dev with a Synpath API key, that up-or-down markets are never matched, and links to synpath.dev and the two API reference pages.The up-or-down line relies on Synpath-ai/prediction_market#42 being deployed.
