How to obtain TETA result in TAO testset?

Table 1 in the article shows the TETA result validation set and test set of OVTrack. The TAO evaluation page on motchallenge.net only provides the Track mAP metric. Where can we obtain the TETA result?

I would like to further confirm: for the Open-Vocabulary MOT / TAO TETA test set, is there currently no online submission server or leaderboard, and should we report the locally evaluated results using the official TETA script and the provided test annotations?
