Commit 90855a2993e breaks wow64 builds on bleeding-edge

If you try to build bleeding-edge using the new wow64 mode, wine will fail to load with this error:

0024:err:environ:run_wineboot failed to start wineboot 1                                                 
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135

I bisected the issue to commit 90855a2
