What it does

A minimal app that generates structured workflow diagnostic reports from a single "stuck workflow" intake.

• Collects workflow intake: company, workflow name, description, roles, tools, where it gets stuck, desired outcome, urgency, domain
• Generates comprehensive reports with:
  • Summary
  • Handoff Map
  • Friction Points
  • Decision Rights Clarifier
  • Stop-Doing List
  • Next 7-Day Experiment
  • Diagnosis with confidence scoring
  • Evidence extraction
• Saves reports and lets users view them later

Quick Start

# Clone

# Frontend (new terminal)
cd frontend
yarn install
yarn start

Usage

1. From the Home screen, tap "New Workflow Intake"
2. Fill in your workflow details and select a domain
3. Tap "Generate Report"
4. Review your diagnostic report with:
   • Domain & diagnosis badges
   • Confidence level
   • Evidence snippets
   • "Why this diagnosis?" explanation
5. Save the report for later reference
