Page size not A4

I have converted my word docx to PDF and double checked the page sizes are that of A4 pages. yet running the aclpubcheck tool gives me "Page not A4 Size" error on all pages.

There are no other errors or warnings.

Have you solved this problem? I have the same problem and I don't know how to deal with that...
