Describe the bug
Crashes on trying to open the program.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Update from 3..9.3 to current version 3.10
2. Attempt to launch the progrom via the launcher.
3. Crashes

Expected behavior
I expected the program to succesfully launch upon clicking the launcher

I'm also having this issue when attempting to update or install Angry IP Scanner version 3.10.0 on both Windows 11 and Windows 10 OS. I've uninstalled Java 17.0 and can get the app to open in Windows 10, but it shows an error, but get a fatal error in Windows 11. Screenshots attached.

Please submit a bug report mentioning your OS and what exactly were you doing.

I fixed it by downgrading to 3.9.3 and works perfect....

Thanks for the work around (downgrading to 3.9.3) this does appear to work for both Windows 11 & Windows 10 for me as well. Hopefully this root cause issue will be addressed at some point.

Same here, 3.10 is completely broken on Windows 11. 3.9.3 works fine.

I have been having the same issue I downgraded to 3.9.3 and it seems to work on that version
