During our first session we had some issues with Mac users where the .sh installer didn't work for everybody initially, and where the vscode extension wasn't able to successfully launch the language server. This may have had to do with the Mac OS quarantine mechanism but it's not clear yet. We made some initial attempts to fix the problem but haven't verified yet that it fixes the issue.
