This is going to be a very large job. Here are the issues:

• The current helm chart hasn't been developed in years
• The current helm chart doesn't let you modify the versions directly, only the image
  • The current images from gov artifactory haven't been updated in years (we're using the latest)
• We're currently using v2. Upgrading to v4 is inadvisable without first updating to v3.
• We need to make sure that we can maintain the persistent data we have now

So, we are probably going to need to first find a new v3 chart/template and image, and configure it to make sure it works with our apps. Then find a v4 chart/template (unless we can use the same chart/template for v3 and v4) and image and configure that to work with our apps.
