What this does
Codex and ChatGPT can now answer Lenis questions from our own instructions instead of old training data. The repo becomes an installable plugin with one skill that covers setup, GSAP ScrollTrigger, Tempus ordering, and the mistakes people usually make. The same skill file also works in Claude Code and Cursor.

skills/lenis/SKILL.md: the skill itself. Every snippet was checked againstpackages/*and satus's Lenis, GSAP, and Tempus wiring. The Tempus order, WebGL rounding, scroll-callback performance and sticky-pin guidance comes from our team-knowledge notes (lenis-first-in-tempus-order,hamo-scroll-trigger-floors-webgl-rect-rounds,no-layout-reads-in-frame-loops,css-custom-property-writes-per-frame-cost,sticky-first-scroll-pins,webgl-follows-a-dom-box,gate-offscreen-animations), with client names left out.plugin.json: Agent Plugins manifest.
