Update from token tranformer to @tokens-studio/sd-transforms (recommended by Tokens Studio)

Tokens Studio has changed their recommended method of transforming tokens from the Figma format into a universal format. The method we are currently using requires two transforms — once using tokens transformer and then again with Style Dictionary.

The latest method recommended by Tokens Studio uses plugins for Style Dictionary, which means we will only have to do one transform.
