Initialize web app with given state

I want to be able to load the web app in a certain state. Redux might enable this, by hard-coding a state in code, which can be used to initialize the store upon web-app loading.

A '#initial-state-name' in the URL could be used to control this kind of initialization

Hi @burtonjake. I quickly tried a bit and it seems that indeed it might be doable to load some state into the web app (see the minimal code change in attached branch)

I would be glad if we could have a quick look at it together (e.g. next week) at some point
