Bug: problem with shortcuts created from the folder accessed by shell:appsfolder in Run, they don't open

Description

shortcuts created from the folder accessed by shell:appsfolder in Run, they don't open, no matter how many times I click, but in the preview version they do open

Steps To Reproduce

Just create a shortcut from the place I mentioned above and try opening it through Files
