Revoking permission at File Picker page causes app crashed

Hi, there, I've found a crash in OneTimePass_v1.2.2, which is downloaded from F-Droid.

Reproduce crash

1. grant the storage permission and go to the File Picker page
2. go to the system setting and revoke the storage permission
3. go back to the app and click pick file button, then the app crashes

Yes, file access is a essential requirement for a correct app function, since it stores it's data in .csv files!
