Audit finding: the NPS relay (the site's only public write endpoint) logged only unstructured 500s, so 401/429 rejections and traffic were invisible in Netlify function logs.
Change: handleRelayRequest now emits one JSON line via the existing logger (route from a fixed 5-value set, method GET/POST/OTHER, status, durationMs). No paths, headers, IPs or bodies are logged; nothing leaves the process. Test and changelog fragment added; vitest, tsc pass.
