new version window popup steals focus and minimizes active window

i was playing noita when SUDDENLY it minimized and i was jumpscared with "new ivpn version available" window. only by a miracle catastrophic consequences in game were avoided.

please change auto update popup into system notification that doesnt steal focus from active window or add an option to disable auto checking updates.

this happened on arch linux with plasma desktop and active window was borderless fullscreen window. ivpn version was 3.15.13

apparently in plasma you can enable "extreme" for "focus stealing prevention" setting under "window behaviour" but i'm not sure about how other desktop environments can handle this and this shouldnt happen by default anyway so the issue still stands
