- closes Do not store error responses and incomplete streams to the audio cache #9
- also fixes cache retrieval logic
- Used virtualenv interpreter directly instead of relying on PYTHONPATH with a hardcoded version. - Forwarded command-line arguments to rorqual execution via exec. - Added an error message when the virtualenv interpreter is missing or broken. - Marked wrapper script executable.
