The server SDK consumes java-sdk-internal as a published artifact, so the redactedAttributes escaping fix only reaches it through a version bump. This lets the v3 contract tests covering escaped attribute references pass.

chore: Track the latest v3 contract test release instead of a pinned alpha
Bumps
java-sdk-internalto 1.12.2 so the server SDK picks up theredactedAttributesescaping fix from #228. The server SDK consumes internal as a published artifact, so the fix only reaches it through this bump — that is what clears the 14 failing v3 contract tests. Also moves the v3 contract tests off the pinned
v3.0.0-alpha.6onto floatingv3, so new harness releases are picked up without a manual bump each time. The FDv1 job has always floated onv2.SDK-2922
