SVG rendered as a flat image — hex codes weren't selectable. - Replace static/palette.svg with generated Markdown tables (accents + neutrals, both variants). Hex is real text now. - Per-color swatch SVGs under static/swatches/ keep the color visible (GitHub strips inline style/bgcolor, so a committed image is the only way to show a block). - New generator palette_md.lua splices into README between markers; orchestrator now accepts list-of-writes generators. - Drop palette_svg.lua.
