Problem Statement
zenity now uses libadwaita, giving the window an inconsistent look if one is not using an adwaita friendly theme with the rest of one's desktop.
Proposed Solution
This can be remedied painlessly by modifying the following files:
https://github.com/mate-desktop/pluma/blob/master/plugins/externaltools/data/run-command.tool.in
https://github.com/mate-desktop/pluma/blob/master/plugins/externaltools/data/search-recursive.tool.in
by modifying the word "zenity" to "yad".
YAD is ubiquitous and luckily for pluma's purposes is drop in ready.
https://repology.org/project/yad/versions
Alternatives Considered
One might remove the dependency requirement by just coding a box that takes input, but that would require more programming.
Use Case
I like for MATE to have a consistent user interface.
Additional Context
No response
