FYI, expected Chrome milestone was changed to M157.

@jja08111 the linked page is about the text-overflow property; I'm assuming the link is just a typo.
I also tested my content PR examples in Chrome release 155, and they still worked in that version.

Chrome added support for the CSS
ruby-overhangproperty in version 151; see https://chromestatus.com/feature/6560118298771456.The BCD is already there, although for some reason, Chrome is listed as not supporting the
nonelegacy alias ofspaces. I've tested it, and it does, so I'm updating the BCD in this PR.Test results and supporting details
