Include the partner JUnit filename without broadening existing result patterns. Verify the actual Makefile output and preserved filename scope. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Copilot-Session: 21bf73f6-4b26-4f5f-bb22-01fa72e49186

Description
Partner integration tests wrote
junit/partner-test-results.xml, which the shared Azure publisher'sjunit/test-results*.xmlpattern does not match. Build 16850 reported 101 passed and 3 skipped, then warned that no result files matched.Keep filename ownership in the Makefile: give partner tests a target-specific
JUNIT_XML=junit/test-results-partner.xmldefault, and make both partner and E2E recipes use$(JUNIT_XML). Command-line overrides still win, so batches can write distinct reports rather than overwrite one another. The Azure pipeline remains unchanged; no changes to test selection, assertions, or retries.Related #2777 and #2862 address GitHub Actions reporting and unit/coverage targets, rather than these partner/E2E recipes.
Tests and Documentation
Regression tests run real GNU Make dry-runs for integration, E2E, and partner defaults plus two batch filename overrides, then check publication matching and unrelated-file exclusion. Make-dependent cases explicitly skip where Make is unavailable; validation here used GNU Make 4.4.1 on PATH and ran all 17 cases without skips.

Hosted ingestion remains to be verified after landing. Documentation: N/A; no additional references to the old partner filename were found.
JupyText: N/A; no notebooks changed.
