Documentation updates correctly align the README with the previously-added resilience recovery plan failover validation command and the linked issue’s acceptance criteria.
Pull request overview
This PR updates the Azure MCP Server README documentation to reflect the resilience_recoveryplan_validateforfailover capability added previously, closing the gap described in #3396 and improving discoverability for Azure Resilience Management features.
