As a non-Norwegian contributor to the Sofie project I am missing an English translation of NRK's guidelines.
The guidelines say: Åpne kodebrønner og tilhørende dokumentasjon skrives på engelsk.
Whilst it can be argued this repository is not a code source I would personally argue it is part of the documentation of all NRK's open source projects and as an outside contributor it definitely helps to understands NRK's bigger picture for open source projects.
