Thanks for the report.

From the logs, we can only see a generic decode mismatch. This does not show the actual root cause for that specific image.

Could you please either:

1. Share a sample image (an anonymized DICOM file that reproduces the issue), or
2. Increase diagnostics and retry:
   • set a more verbose log level (DEBUG),
   • increase stack size,
   • then reproduce and share the updated logs.

The log you attached does not contain anything specific enough to identify the root cause. The relevant line:
The native image size (0x0) does not match with the DICOM attributes (800x600)

Without a sample, there is no reliable way to reproduce or fix this. Please share a minimal sample set and I can investigate further.
