Describe the bug. What happened?
In the DICOM SR viewer, a content item of value type SCOORD (an "Image Region" row) is rendered as a reference-style entry - the viewer shows it as "content by reference: link 1.6.1" - and that link does nothing when clicked. No navigation, no graphic, no log entry. The rows above and below it ("Source of Measurement" / "Show image") work and open the image.
Environment: Weasis 4.7.2 on Windows, opened against a DICOMweb archive.
Document: Enhanced SR 1.2.840.10008.5.1.4.1.1.88.22, TID 1500 Measurement Report. Each Measurement Group holds an IMAGE content item ("Source of Measurement"), NUM findings, and a SCOORD ("Image Region", POLYLINE) with a SELECTED FROM IMAGE child carrying a Referenced SOP Sequence.

Clicking "link 1.6.1" / "link 1.7.1" does nothing; clicking the "Show image" rows works. The viewer's own log (~/.weasis/log/default.log) records NOTHING for these clicks - no navigation attempt, no warning, no exception. The click is silently inert.
The SCOORD item is conformant: Value Type SCOORD, Relationship Type CONTAINS, Referenced Content Item Identifier present ON the SCOORD per PS3.3 C.18.6.1.1, and a SELECTED FROM IMAGE child (mandatory per PS3.3 C.18.6) whose Referenced SOP Sequence names the source DX instance. So the reference the viewer renders as "link 1.6.1" is the SCOORD's own identifier, displayed as an intra-document link to the content item itself, and that link has no click action.
Reproduction:
- Open the attached
measurements_sr.dcm together with source_dx.dcm in Weasis 4.7.2.
- Open the SR document. Groups 6 and 7 contain "Image Region" rows rendered as "content by reference: link 1.6.1" and "link 1.7.1".
- Click those links: nothing happens, and nothing is written to the viewer log.
