I think this can be fixed adding slug and changing the name of the file DB_Open.md, though I am not sure.
    Can someone clarify this?

Another problem is that files with the same name should not appear at the same time when crossing file systems.
We cannot have db_open.md, db_close.md and DB_Open.md, DB_Close.md at the same time, otherwise git will encounter problems on Windows system.

So the solution would be to rename both DB_Open.md and DB_Close.md and to add slug for both of them?

I'm not sure, but it seems that the slug is case-insensitive, so it is no different from renaming a file.
so there may be db_open/db_close.md and DB_Open_Modern/DB_Close_Modern.md?
