The equativ bidder page listed pbs: false although equativ has been a built-in alias of smartadserver on Prebid Server Go since prebid#4045 (and is available on Java). Flag it as Prebid Server capable, explain the alias and that its params are the Smart AdServer ones, and cross-reference from the Smart AdServer page.
