Includes extra raft hook options to use a floating IP Resolves: quattor#1861
Include extra configuration options required in one 7.2. These changes are backwards compatible. Resolves: quattor#1868
Allows to add new authentication methods for user's accounts. Includes IPAM configuration for external apps. NOTE: quattor#1869 should be reviewed/merged first. Resolves: quattor#1872 See also: quattor#1869
