This commit introduces unit tests for the TDatime class to ensure the correct behavior of its constructors and Set methods.
This commit introduces a test suite for the TMD5 class. It verifies that MD5 hashes are generated correctly for various standard inputs, and ensures the proper functioning of equality operators and digest setters.

This PR introduces a comprehensive test suite for the
TMD5class incore/base/test.Testing cryptographic hash generators against standard known outcomes guarantees correctness in message digests. This suite verifies that
TMD5calculates accurate MD5 hashes for standard strings, safely handles empty buffers, and correctly evaluates object equality operators. These tests prevent potential regressions in ROOT's hashing utilities.
