Character Snapshot writes a live snapshot of the logged-in character's current state to a local JSON file for other local tools to read. It makes no network calls of any kind — it only writes a local file.
Unlike the existing export plugins, which capture static progress (levels, quests, collection log) as CSV rows or a periodic dump, this one is oriented around what's true right now: boosted stats, current hitpoints / prayer / run energy, world location, active Grand Exchange offers, and the current slayer task — always the latest values, one file per character. It also exports the usual progress data (skills, bank, inventory, equipment, quests, achievement diaries, combat-achievement tiers), each behind a config toggle.
Writes are atomic (temp file + rename), so a process reading the file never sees a partial document, and the output is a documented, versioned JSON schema (SCHEMA.md).
