Lefthook's
stage_fixeddoesn't work with thesync-reusable-workflows.shscript because it only stages changes to the original set of{staged_files}. Because this script often modifies a file that wasn't previously staged, it wouldn't be staged.This offloads that logic from lefthook and adds it to the script.
