Release changes (from PR #13): * Preserve canonical option names in case-insensitive argument matching, so cluster_data()/cluster_sequences() pass "ward.D"/"ward.D2" to stats::hclust(). * Deterministic state ordering across system locales. * Fixed RSP-betweenness numerical instability and normalization noise in constant centrality measures. * Deterministic timezone handling and explicit-session support in prepare_data(); time_threshold = FALSE disables gap-based splitting. * prune() warns about inactive method-specific arguments. * Reproducible seed arguments for network and clique bootstrapping. * Weighted PageRank in centralities(). Plot fixes: * plot.tna_permutation() dispatches to cograph's dedicated permutation renderer, honoring show_nonsig/show_stars/show_effect/edge_nonsig_color/edge_nonsig_style/ edge_nonsig_alpha. * Translate qgraph-style plotting args (e.g. edge.label.cex) for bare-matrix network plots (permutation, disparity). * Added a bins argument to plot.tna_reliability().
