Setup script for CentOS

Hello all,
I have created a very simple (copy of original) script for CentOs, here: http://github.com/andhapp/cinabox/commit/05b66862b82026572093b59100de377a46d01e62. It could be improved massively. So, if anybody has suggestions please fork and refactor.

Actually, after giving it much thought, I think it is best to rewrite cinabox using Chef. There's still some bugs in these scripts, and it is very difficult to handle multiple platforms cleanly (as this patch shows).
