Eyedropper missing in Firefox and Safari

The Chrome eyedropper tool does not appear on Firefox or Safari. It works as expected in Chrome. See screenshots from Safari and Firefox.

@AlyssaKirstine The EyeDropper API is not supported in Firefox and Safari, so unfortunately this issue cannot be resolved on those browsers.

Hi @AlyssaKirstine , not sure if it's the same issue, but I can see the eyedropper working on Chrome:

But a problem my team and I are facing, is when we first select the colour, we can't change the swatch, for example it stays in the red spectrum, but if I wanted to change all the way down to the pink, and then select the shades of pink in the picker it seems disabled:

For example in this image I tried to click in the yellow to change for the yellow colors only on top, but nothing happens, only if I click in the swap on the top, that enables the color-swatch to pick any other colour apart from red shades:
