refactor: migrate Seasonal Farm and remove legacy three workspace

Migrate Seasonal Farm to native TreeLayer and remove the legacy @deck.gl-community/three workspace, example aliases and obsolete documentation. Update API reference, release notes and upgrade guidance for prepared/static/RAD SplatLayer input, automatic rendering mode, workers and the unified TreeLayer inventory API.

Record the complete branching PR graph and publication boundaries in dev/tree-splat-stack.md and the Composite SplatLayer design record. WorldTreeLayer remains a deprecated wrapper; new supplied and streamed callers use TreeLayer.

Base: #808. This migration does not require #815. A local integration merge combines both independent tips for website and consumer verification. No PR merge or package publication is included.

Final integration validation: immutable install, lint, package build, strict public/example types, production example bundles and website build pass. All 1,128 Node tests and 22 renderer browser contracts pass. All 28 Tree Lab, Citrus, forest and world application cases pass across the full-suite and focused final-fixture reruns. Renderer tests require software WebGPU and exercise both sorted backends.

Ordinary headless CI explicitly uses software WebGL on GitHub runners. The same provider passed all three forest cases locally; the dedicated required-adapter lane continues to verify WebGPU separately.

  Opening Coit on the website imports this stylesheet into the whole page. These rules set html and body to overflow: hidden, so readers cannot scroll long docs pages after opening the example and navigating elsewhere. The global button and h1 rules also change website controls and headings.

  Keep standalone page rules in the standalone entry point, and scope shared styles to the Coit container.
